Naturaliste Shop
Coming in 2026
When we were building the Naturaliste Clinic we found stable and equipment basics difficult to source in Australia because of limited range. Often we had to order from Europe or the US and the shipping cost was sometimes as much as 40% of the cost of the order.
In this we saw an opportunity! Why not produce a selective, very high quality range of stable equipment and accessories, and sell them at great prices. Our horsey customers will love it, as we assume they’ve face the same equipment sourcing challenges and we can keep prices very low, because of the dedication of our beloved volunteers who produce, sell and despatch our merchandise range.
The Sanctuary Essentials range will be limited to stable, tack and equipment essentials, the kind of items all horse people need (and for which we sometimes unnecessarily pay a fortune) and includes:
When we were building the Harvest Garden we encountered the same challenges – high quality meant high prices. We started developing obvious accessories – gardening gloves, pinnies, hats, gardening implements, wind chimes, garden decorations etc – and realised if we limited the range to some very good basics, we could keep prices down.
Same with the kitchen essentials we used when developing the Naturaliste Gourmet range. We’ve branded these goods under the Naturaliste Gourmet label which includes a:
We love the DunsBros and all their wild and whimsical friends. This merchandise strategy focuses on a broad range of products, partnerships and immersive experiences to enhance and cement the relationship children have with each of the DunsBros characters.
Not only can kids form a strong bond with the live characters at Harvest Days and other performance events, we encourage them to download free resources from the DunsBros site or engage with the toys, books, games and clothing which describe their world.
All profits from all the merchandise goes to funding horse welfare and our customers benefit from much lower cost and excellent quality.
Merchandise can be sourced from either the online shop or at the Naturaliste Shop on Harvest Days.
The Naturaliste Online Shop will be launched on July 1, 2026.
The Naturaliste Group rescues at-risk horses and conducts horse welfare advocacy. We work to promote and protect horses across the full spectrum of the equine world, including horses in need from sport and leisure endeavours and horses used in the racing industry.
We contribute to helping solve the unwanted and abandoned animal issue within Australia through education and advocacy, strengthening the horse-human relationship using care, research, education and influence.
Located on the Naturaliste Coast, 250 km south of Perth, horses are rescued, rehabilitated and released into natural herds where they are used for ethological (behavioural) research.
All horse rescue, welfare and advocacy work are funded from profits generated by all Naturaliste Group entities:
