If you’re unsure whether the situation is an emergency or not, please give us as much detail as you can. All reports are handled by an experienced, knowledgeable team and are dealt with in the strictest confidence.
All reports are treated confidentially. We do not pass on details of people making reports to anyone.
No judgement
We take a “no judgement” approach to horse surrender. If you are struggling to care for your own horses, or you’re worried about someone you know who is finding it difficult to cope, please articulate these concerns in the comments. We’d like to help in any way we can.

This is so that we can ensure we get all the necessary information in one conversation since we won’t be able to contact you with any queries about your report.
